Refunds

  • EU/UK: 14-day cooling-off period for digital services under GDPR.
  • South Africa: Refunds as required by the Consumer Protection Act.
  • General: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in New Freedom, US.

Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
